All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take an additional 1–2 days, and we will notify you by email if significant delays occur.

We offer multiple shipping methods to meet different needs, including standard shipping, expedited shipping, and economy options. Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on the total weight, dimensions, quantity of storage boxes, and delivery destination. To support our customers, we provide free standard shipping on orders that meet the minimum amount set for your region. Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number so you can monitor the delivery status in real time through the carrier’s website.

For domestic orders, standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, while expedited service takes 1–3 business days. International orders usually arrive within 7–21 business days, depending on the destination country and customs clearance speed. Please note that international buyers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country.

We use sturdy, protective packaging to ensure storage boxes arrive undamaged, with extra cushioning for foldable, plastic, and multi‑compartment styles. If you receive broken, defective, or incorrect items, contact our customer service within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details; we will arrange reshipment, replacement, or refund promptly.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses in most regions. Delivery times may be affected by extreme weather, natural disasters, transport restrictions, or other force majeure events.
